Teen Athletes

Whether it’s staying active during the off-season, mastering body mechanics and coordination, or increasing strength and mobility, our teen athlete classes are designed to work with each unique body and provide detailed instructions with ample modifications.

Available in both drop-in and private quad lessons. Parent must sign waiver for minor to participate.

  • Monday 6/9 at 11am

  • Thursday 6/12 at 1pm

  • Monday 6/16 at 5pm
